Kathy has never had color before, which is something that we rarely see! I felt very privileged to be the first stylist to introduce her to the joy of haircolor.
Since this was her first, I stuck with a low maintenance color to slowly ease her into the experience. The low maintenance color treatment consisted of two dimensional highlights that will complement her natural color, but was dark enough to highlight her beautiful complexion. Without the right depth of color you take the risk of making a great complexion look washed out. The end result was a light brown highlight against a medium mocha brown. After the color was completed I glazed the hair to give her hair a gorgeous multidimensional, monochromatic feel that was soft and subtle.
