With 18 years of experience as a stylist, Sidney joins Soda Salon. He brings an array of expertise that could only be acquired by having trained and worked for some of the most renowned and accomplished organizations in the hair industry. He began his career in Columbus Ohio with the Charles Penzone Grand Salon - Modern Salon Magazine’s 1990 Salon of the Year - and one of the nation’s preeminent salon organizations. After maintaining a top level position, Sidney relocated to Canada and then New York City. His training includes internships in leading centers with placements at Toni & Guy of Toronto and Manhattan’s highly esteemed Warren Tricomi Salon. Sidney spent over six years in New York evolving himself and his craft. While there, he participated in six fashion week runway shows and worked on Tyra Banks for ads to promote America’s Next Top Model. Sidney has two covers for OUT Magazine credited to his name and was working for Edris Salon, the top multi-cultural salon in the city.

Sidney’s diverse background has heightened his creativity and keen sensibility. This, combined with a great deal of natural ability, talent and insight into esthetic trends give him his unique style. His union with Soda Salon represents a new high point in his career, lending itself to helping make Sidney one of Atlanta’s finest and leading edge stylists.
