Jennifer has received extensive education through many outlets. She is a top graduate of the Aveda Institute where she trained under leading stylists from the industry. She has also received advanced haircolor education from Redken color experts and Aveda's Global Educator, Jefferey Scott. When she joined the Soda team, Jennifer trained directly under Soda owners and master stylists, Erik and Tracey Pearson. She is an active member of the Soda team and has worked on location at events such as Music Midtown and the Atlantis Music Conference.
